How do I become a member?

Download an application from our website, print it and mail to the address on the form or request a copy from the Membership Chairman. ( earlskonberg@mac.com ) Your membership card with a gate code will be mailed back to you within a week.

Will you take a credit card?

Currently we do not accept credit cards on the Website, However if you bring your application to the Caretaker, he can accept your payment and application with a Credit Card or Check. We prefer not to accept cash. He will then provide you with your membership card and individual gate code before you leave.

How long is my membership good for?

Memberships are paid one year in advance starting July 1st through the last day of June the following year. New Memberships are pro-rated by the month. See payment schedule on the application form. Renewing members pay full year dues annually and are not pro-rated.

What type of memberships do you offer?

We offer a “Family Membership” only. This includes you, your spouse and any children living at your residence under the age of 18.

What are your operating hours?

Hours are from 8am to dusk except for evening Trap and 5 Stand shooting under lights. Outdoor pistol range, Bay #1 shoots certain evenings under lights.

Who should I call if I need more information?

Call the clubs phone number 541-673-5616 first. If it is not answered and you didn’t leave a message, dial the Caretakers cell phone at 541-680-8558. He may be out in the field. The Caretaker can answer most of your questions or will re- direct you to someone who can. You can also go to “Contacts” for a list of club volunteers who head up the various disciplines.

What type of shooting ranges do you have?

We offer a 200-yard outdoor rifle range, 25-yard Rim fire range, both under cover and (5) five outdoor Pistol Range along with an Indoor Pistol Range. We also have Four Traps and one 5-Stand range with lights and voice-activated speakers, and one Archery range with distances from 10-60 yards plus two walking ranges.

When can I shoot?

You can only shoot on ranges (rifle, pistol or trap ranges) on days that are open or staffed by a Range Officer (RO) for liability reasons. (The Archery range is exempt). Check the calendar and click on the event you are interested in. It will give you the hours that event is open and a phone number to call for more information.

What days are they open?

Shooting dates on shown on our web site calendar. (www.rrgclub.org). The calendar will show the days and starting time for each event. If you click on the event, another window will generally appear showing the operating hours, a contact person and phone number should you require additional information.

Are there shooting Fees?

Yes! Daily shooting fees apply to all ranges and are paid the day you shoot. Rifle, pistol & archery are $2.00 per person. Trap and 5 Stand is $1.00.

What is your guest policy?

As a member, you may bring a guest(s) with you anytime you come to the club however we request that guests living within the 974XX area code are limited to two visits. Shooting ranges are open to the public the first full weekend of every month.
